. But can't say enough about the service from these guys. Sam was brilliant when I had to change a belt for the first time since I bought it, almost 3.5 years ago. Offered for me to pop in and he sorted everything and basically serviced the reel for me at no charge. Just ordered a 3rd reel 👍

l reel, it didn’t overspool when pulling out the hose, and I came home less tired than normal. I have the new chain driven one, a friend has the old belt one. The motor on mine seemed a little slower, which may sound like a complaint but it certainly isn’t, his belt driven one is a bit of an animal! It arrived quickly and was fairly easy to install, it took approx 30mins to wire up and fit using the hose from my existing reel. Anyone needing a manual reel? I have one for sale, good condition, one owner from new with a full service history…
