PowerUP3D Stainless Stacking Frame is new to our site products but has been ordered as a bespoke item over the last 3 years by customers with a specific requirement. Its become such a regular request that it is now a permanent website product awaiting your order.
In our professional opinion, the most efficient way for a 2 man team is to have PowerUP3D mounted side by side on the tank at a comfortable height for space and access (as per our unique Waterworks Systems) This is not always possible due to van height limitations, DIY tank heights or when additional equipment needs to be carried on board. Mounting side by side means that both reels can be powered in at the same time with plenty of room for each operator.
Our stacking system means that two PowerUP3D can be utilised in a less than perfect circumstances. When 2 operators are rewinding at the same time access can be a little awkward but with some slight adjustments it can offer great benefits. For example, if one operator aims to arrive back to the van just after the first operator has finished it works well. This extra time can be used for dropping calling cards or cleaning additional windows.
There are also many uses for the double stacking system as a 1 man operator such as using one of the reels as a filling reel. ½ inch hose can be added and pulled out to external taps, filling tanks, etc, for automatically filling your tank via a stopcock while the other reel is your regular cleaning reel. Both can be powered back in via a button to improve efficiency.
