I have been very happy with the power up 3d auto reel and the after sales service. I have not given 5 stars for two reasons. When I bought and installed it a year ago, even though its been out some time, the motor was too fast and needed replacing. Also the belt snapped after a year. Again, great support, new one sent straight away. The video on you tube is not great. Printed instructions would be helpful. Be aware the models differ.On my 2021 reel you are told to remove a clip ,You can't and you don't need to, just pull off the click valve and the plastic side will come off. A few niggles but a good product and a good service.
I have just used my new electric reel, and i love it! I worked more efficiently and, unlike my manual reel, it didn’t overspool when pulling out the hose, and I came home less tired than normal. I have the new chain driven one, a friend has the old belt one. The motor on mine seemed a little slower, which may sound like a complaint but it certainly isn’t, his belt driven one is a bit of an animal! It arrived quickly and was fairly easy to install, it took approx 30mins to wire up and fit using the hose from my existing reel. Anyone needing a manual reel? I have one for sale, good condition, one owner from new with a full service history…

I genuinely cannot believe the level of customer service. It is absolutely second to none. In a world where poor service is becoming the norm, Waterworks stands out as the best I’ve ever come across. Because of this, I won’t be buying reels from anywhere else as long as this company is still operating.
