Terms and Conditions

Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through our website, phone, or in-store by trade customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a business customer and agree to these terms.

Order Acceptance & Contract

Orders are subject to acceptance by Waterworks. A binding contract is only formed upon delivery of goods or collection from our trade counter. Order processing or payment acknowledgment does not constitute legal acceptance.

Delivery

Free 24 hours DPD delivery for orders over £150.
Orders under this threshold or oversized items (e.g., van systems) will incur delivery charges.
Delivery to Mainland UK only; other regions calculated at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Returns accepted within 14 working days if items are unused and in resalable condition.
Returns require a valid returns number.
20% restocking fee may apply.
All carriage costs for unwanted items are paid by the customer.

Warranty

Wear and tear is not covered.
Damage from force or unauthorised modification invalidates warranty.

Liability

Waterworks is not liable for delivery delays, third-party handling errors, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Business to Business Sales

All transactions are Business to Business (B2B). We supply equipment solely to professional window cleaners and trade customers. Consumer rights under B2C law do not apply.

Payment Terms

Online payment is accepted via PayPal and Debit/Credit card only.
Cash payments are not accepted.

Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to errors or availability. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Faulty Items

Missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days.
Items must be inspected before signing for delivery.
Signed deliveries are considered accepted in good condition unless marked otherwise.

International Orders

We accept international orders where possible. Delivery charges and arrangements are confirmed post-order.
