Reel Stacker XL (Self Assembly)

The Reel Stacker XL (Self Assembly) is our heavy-duty stainless steel stacker frame designed specifically for XL reel models.

It offers the same proven design and durability as our assembled XL reel stackers, while being supplied flat-packed to reduce shipping size and costs.

This version is compatible with all four of our XL reel models and is ideal for customers running higher-capacity hose reels who require a robust stacking solution.

Assembly is simple and typically takes around 30 minutes.

ASSEMBLY & TOOLS REQUIRED

Both reel stacker frames are supplied flat-packed and require simple self-assembly.

Tools required:

• 1 × 19mm socket
• 1 × 19mm spanner
• 1 × 13mm spanner

The assembly procedure is clearly visible within the product images provided on this page.

No specialist tools are required.

🔩 FIXINGS INCLUDED

All fixings required to assemble the frame and mount it to your existing reels are supplied.

Frame assembly fixings:

• 16 × M12 × 90mm Stainless Steel Set Screws
• 32 × M12 Stainless Steel Washers
• 16 × M12 Stainless Steel Nyloc Nuts
• 4 × Spreader Plates

Reel mounting fixings:

• 8 × M8 × 16mm Stainless Steel Reel Fixings
• 8 × M8 × 20mm Reel Fixing Washers
